Supply Chain Coordination in View of Loss-aversion and Fairness Concerns
摘要
Abstract
This paper studies how the retailer＇s loss aversion and fairness concerns influence the coordination in a two - echelon supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer. Specifically, it takes into consideration how to coordinate the chain on the basis of buyback contract, the revenue sharing contract and the combination contract. On this ground, three contract models have been developed. The result of the theoretical analysis shows that all the three contracts can coordinate a supply chain well. In particular, the joint contract can achieve a balance between the utility between the supplier and the retailer. The result can be verified with the numerical examples as well.关键词
