商用乘骑式割草车刀盘的模拟与改进
Simulation and Improvement of Commercial Riding Lawn-mower's Deck
摘要
Abstract
In order to enhance the performance of a commercial riding lawn-mower,the single deck with three rotating blades is improved. The three dimension structure model of the deck and blades are established and the finite element is simulated. The excitation type produced by the unbalance movement of the blades is confirmed based on the theoretical analysis of the rotating blade motion. By means of the dynamic response analysis of the deck, the improved deck structure is designed. The innovative design for riding lawn-mower's deck adopts the skirt around the structure made by the sheet metal with curved surfaces, so the speed of the mowing blade tip is not less than 80m/s. The mowing blades can have the higher gyro frequency to achieve greater cutting forces, and will not bring intense resonance and big noise. The cutting effect and efficiency is improved.关键词
