以1~6年生慈竹为原料,酚醛树脂(PF)为胶黏剂制备重组材,探讨了竹龄对重组材各项物理力学性能、天然耐腐及抗霉性能的影响.结果表明:慈竹的基本密度随竹龄的增加呈上升趋势;1~6年生慈竹重组材力学强度随竹龄的增加有上升趋势,但增幅不大;慈竹重组材的天然耐腐性可达到强耐腐等级,竹龄对其影响不显著;1~6年生慈竹重组材素板的天然防霉性能极差,需对其产品进行防霉处理来提高它的使用价值和经济效益,竹龄的变化对其防霉性能的影响规律不显著.根据物理力学性能与天…查看全部>>

Bambusa emeiensis of 1 to 6-year-old was as the raw material and phenol formaldehyde resin(PF) was as the adhesive to prepare bamboo scrimber. The influences of bamboo's age on physical mechanical, natural decay resistance and mould inhibitor properties of bamboo scrimber were investigated.
