摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of the mixture of R.angusta Nakai and fructose-1,6-diphospphate(FDP) and its mechanism,find out the best dose prescriptions,which provides an experimental basis for further oral use of this mixture in clinical field.Methods:The Experiment group injected different doses of R.angusta Nakai and FDP and different dose prescriptions into mice,through detecting mice exhaustive swimming time,blood lactate,liver glycogen content,SOD activity,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity to observe the anti-fatigue effect of R.angusta Nakai and its compatibility with FDP,and explore the possible anti-fatigue mechanism.Results:The mixture of R.angusta Nakai 10g/kg plus FDP 200mg/kg showed the best effect.Factorial analysis showed that there are mutual effects between R.angusta Nakai and FDP under certain ratio,namely,the mixture group is more effective than either single dose group and is much more effective than control group.Conclusion:The mixture of R.angusta Nakai and FDP can increase activity of LDH and decrease LD accumulation after anaerobic sports to enhance physical anti-fatigue ability.Besides it can improve mice post-exercise hepatic glycogen level to provide more sugar for aerobic athletics.The mixture can also improve SOD activity to remove free radicals scavenging and protect biological membrane of organic cells.Oral take R.angusta Nakai combined with FDP is safe and effective anti-fatigue means.
