Abstract
D-dimer is one of specific degradation products of cross-linked fibrin,D-dimer levels increase reflects the enhancement of secondary thrombolytic activity in vivo.In view of the formation principle of D-dimer has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the clinical testing and application of D-dimer are emphatically reviewed.关键词
