GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Oil Components from Black Rue

摘要
Abstract
The volatile oil was extracted from black rue by steam distillation,and the chemical composition of the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by applying CG-MS.The relative contents of these chemical constituents were then determined using the normalization method.The results showed that 50 peaks were detected and among them 22 components were identified accounting for 69.24 percent of the total components of volatile oil.关键词
