Abstract
Castor bean meal is a by-product after oil extraction,it contains rich protein and amino acids castor bean hulls and a spot of castor toxins,has a high utilization value.This paper reviewes the detoxification of castor bean meal,the development and utilization of proteins in detoxificated castor bean meal,castor toxins and castor bean hull.关键词
