摘要
Abstract
This paper investigates and studies the professional teachers’quality status in Inner Mongolia higher sports colleges through document and literature search,investigation method and interviews with experts.And it points out the strategies and advice on teachers’age structure,the title of a technical post,education background and continuing education status,explores and analyzes the young and middle-aged teacher＇s knowledge updating,cultivating their innovative ability.关键词
