摘要

Abstract

Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) and gene chip technology are two different methods to study differentially expressed genes,but if the two technologies are used individually,they will have their own shortages at different degree.Recently,scholars have found that if SSH is combined with gene chip technology,the two technologies could play their own advantages and make up their own disadvantages so as to realize the large-scale efficient screening of differentially expressed genes,so SSH combining with gene chip technology has been a new effective mean to analyze differentially expressed genes.SSH,gene chip technology and the principle and advantages and disadvantages of SSH combining with gene chip technology were introduced in this paper,and the application of SSH combining with gene chip technology in study on animal differentially expressed genes was also summarized.
