Abstract
The unique absorption,high activity and diversity of bioactive peptide arouse people＇s interest in application.It is significant to study the separation and analyses of polypeptides so as contribute to industrialization.High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） is the effective and normal method because of its good repeatability and high resolution ratio.This paper mainly introduced the application of HPLC in the separation and analysis of polypeptides.关键词
