摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the epigenetie inheritance characteristics of DNA methylation, and combined with the regulation pattern of DNA methylation in different species and different developmental stages of embryos, the role of DNA methylation in early development of embryos regulation of gene expression is reviewed from the perspective of early embryonic death, and thus to clarify the mechanism of epigenetic regulation during embryonic development.
