Study and Thoughts on the Culture System of Individuafized Talents in Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
Individualized undergraduate education is important content of higher education reform in China. It is more urgent to reform the traditional talent cultivation model in local universities. The existing problems in the talent cultivation in local universities were analyzed. Starting from the educational idea,talent cultivation project, evaluation system and relationship between teachers and students, the cultivation thoughts and method of individualized talent were given, so as to provide references for reforming the cultivation model of undergraduate talent.关键词
