某斜向涵管进水泵站前池流态数值模拟与整流措施研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Numerical Simulation and Study on Modification of Flow Pattern at the Forebay of a Side-Inlet Pump Station
采用直接求解三维雷诺平均N-S方程和标准κ-ε紊流模型方程组的方法,对泵站前池内部的流场进行了数值模拟,以前池内部格栅孔的流量分配均匀系数作为优化前池水力特性的控制条件,进而对斜向进水泵站复杂前池流态中不同位置、尺寸、角度的导流墩和不同摆放角度的压水板分别进行了水力优化计算.经物理模型试验验证,说明水力优化设计的导流墩位置、尺寸、角度及压水板摆放形式,获得了十分优良的水力性能.
The flow of the pump station's forebay was directly computed by means of the three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations using the standard k-ε model. Based on the numerical analysis results, taking distribution coefficients of flow as the hydraulic optimization goal, the optimal design of the diversion plate and flow guides' places in the side-inlet pump station with complex flow pattern in the forebay was accomplished.
