基于RBF神经网络模型的高校教育资源利用绩效评价决策支持系统
Performance Evaluation Decision Making & Support of System of Higher Education Resources Utilization Based on RBF Neural Network
摘要
Abstract
The mathematical model,using higher education resources as an evaluation,is a high non-linear black box model.RBF neurotic network has fast convergence rate and the good performance of non-linear fitting.So RBF neurotic network is adopted to study the structure of XML database and the way how it carries out.Firstly,because of its convenience,catholicity and clear in structure,it is used to carry on training the saving of sample.Secondly,by using MATLAB language the creation of RBF neurotic network is tried.Finally by connecting neurotic network with XML database,the support decision system to evaluate the using of higher education resources is developed.The result shows that the system built by this way has strong general performance and can be widely applied.关键词
