Research on urban heritage protecting and transformed model based on sustainable development
摘要
Abstract
The main stakeholders and their benefits of the heritage protection are analyzed that convert the heritage into tourism product through the combination of government and enterprises, and it is the best approach to deal with this contradiction. Meanwhile, for different types of heritage, there were three transformed model for choice： direct conversion, restoring conversion and artistic treatment conversion. Though the converting, it could be enrich the quantity of city tourism resource and increase the attraction of the city tourism. Besides, the lacking of the planning on heritage protection only by the government would be avoided and provided more fund ensure for the heritage protection. Further more, it is important to set up city image and city brand.关键词
