Abstract
The factors that influence the professional development of secondary school music teachers include the external constraint of the examination-oriented education system as well as the internal constraint of the professional accomplishment of music teachers themselves.Therefore,on the one hand,relevant educational management authorities should join hands with secondary school authorities in providing a sound and favorable external environment for the professional development of music teachers;and on the other hand,music teachers should ceaselessly strengthen their learning and research to enhance their professional competency and seek further development in their professional skills.关键词
