Abstract
The management of the floating graduate student Party memebers exists the phenomenon such as ＂nominal Party member＂ and ＂pocket Party member＂ and ＂neither side of noticing Party member＂ and ＂neither side of managing Party member＂ and so on.The main reason is that the number of the floating graduate student Party memebers are large and widespread and take up employment difficultly besides both the floating graduate student Party memebers and some basic Party organization understand the Party organization relation transference prejudicely.The methods of sloving the floating graduate student Party memebers＇ ＂blind point＂ is to set up the new management system,and to explore the principle of Party member proof and to strengthen the re-education to the floating graduate student Party memebers about the Party＇s discipline by the colleges.关键词
