Study on collective forest right transfer system --A case of Dehong Autonomous Prefecture
摘要
Abstract
The phenomenon that collective forestry tenure is familiar in our collective forest area. According to current law system, the transfer procedures not standardized which cause various social and economic problems. This paper begin with the local realistic foundation of collective forestry tenure transfer and analyzed current problems in the transfer process based on the investigation of Dehong Autonomous Prefecture. In addition, put forward some countermeasures which from aspects of management system, evaluation system, laws and regulations, publicity and transfer market.关键词
