Abstract
Global climate change has threatened to agricultural production and food security. Agriculture must reduce emissions and develop low-carbon agriculture. As a major agricultural province of Heilongjiang, the development of low-carbon agriculture will provide opportunities for agricultural development, to help carrying out the construction of new countryside and playing forestry advantage. Heilongjiang Province develops low-carbon agriculture, in the province to promote agriculture energy-saving mode, agricultural waste recycling and green agriculture mode, in the mountains, planting mid-levels to promote the intensive use of land three-dimensional model, in the semi-arid region to promote the intensive use of water resources models, in the neighboring cities to promote tourism and leisure agriculture. Heilongjiang needs to propose low-carbon agricultural development plan, strengthen standards and guidance to low-carbon agriculture development, and mobilize the agricultural enterprises and farmers to develop low-carbon agriculture and enhance the awareness of developing low-carbon agriculture, and strengthen scientific and technological support of development of low-carbon agriculture, low-carbon agriculture high benefits.关键词
