摘要

Abstract

Mass spectrometry is a main technique for pesticides and their metabolites residue analysis. The applications and advantages of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ), gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( GC-MS/MS ), liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS ) for the pesticides residue analysis in food matrix were discussed. The uses of mass spectrometry in the multi-residue analysis methods were summarized. The perspectives of mass spectrometry in pesticide residue analysis in future were expected.
