Residue decline study and risk assessment of nonylphenol ethoxylates and its metabolites nonylphenol in banana and soil

摘要

Abstract

Aimed to evaluate the safety and regular use of nonylphenol ethoxylates(NPnEO), residue decline study of NPnEO and its metabolites nonylphenol (NP)in banana and soil were investigated and the samples were analyzed by UPLC-FD in 2009 -2010. The decline curves of NPnEO in banana and soil accorded the first-order kinetics. The half-life of NPnEO turns tobe8.8-12 din banana and 6.9 -8.5 d in soil,its metabolites NP turns to be 16 - 18 d in banana and 24 -26 d in soil. During the harvest period of the banana, the residue of NPnEO and NP in banana are under 0. 01 mg/kg. By calculating,the intakes of NP per man and per day from banana is 0. 09 μg. Risk quotient (RQ) is 0. 003. The residue could be declined to the safety level.
