GdAlO3粉体的溶胶凝胶法制备工艺及烧结行为研究

Abstract
Pure phase gadolinium aluminum (GdAlO3) powder synthesized with the solgel method was obtained at 1 000 ℃ with the holding time of 2 hours.The sintering behaviors of GdAlO3 green compacts were studied through the sintering curves,it was found that the GdAlOs sample began to shrink with the 957 ℃ and the maximum shrinkage was 16.17% at 1600℃.The average linear expansion coefficient of GdAlO3 green compact is 9.38×10-6/℃ in the range of 200~1 000℃.On the basis of the sintering curve,the sintering activation energy for GdAlO3calculated according to Arrhenius theory was about 22.4kJ/mol,which was lower than that of alumina,indicating that it was useful for the sintering of alumina.关键词
