文章结合海洋水文测量的实际，对我国海洋调查工作的发展史进行了回顾，分析了我国海洋环境观测中现有的关键技术问题，提出了发展海洋环境观测技术的基本对策。
According to the actual situation of hydrographic surveying,a review of the history of our country＇s ocean surveying is conducted and the key technologies in ocean surveying are analyzed. Based on it,a strategy of developing ocean environment observation technology is put forward.
