Abstract
It is important to analyze the uncertainty of calibration results of the pyrheliometer.The analysis results establish the reliable basis for the quality control of the pyrheliometer measurement.The mathematical model is established and the sources of uncertainty are pointed out which obviously infect the measurement results.The uncertainty components are evaluated quantitatively and the expand uncertainty of the results of the pyrheliometer are 1.6% （confidence probability P=95%;coverage factor k=1.96）.The results show that the uncertainty of calibration results of the pyrheliometer depends on multiple factors,such as measurement methods,calibration equipments and calibration conditions.关键词
