基于四分图模型的温泉游客满意度测评及其应用研究——以聚龙湾天然温泉旅游度假村为例
Evaluation of SPA Tourist Satisfaction Degree Based on Quadrifid Graph Model:A Case Study of Julongwan SPA Resort in Guangdong Province

Abstract
Quadrifid Graph Model is used in this paper to evaluate vocation tourist satisfaction dgree, and a tourist satisfaction measurement system for hot-spring resort is established. With the survey in Julongwan SPA Resort, the importance degree of each factor that affects the tourist satisfaction is identified and a Quadrifid graph is drawn, in which the factors are grouped into four parts: advantage factors, improvement factors, opportunity factors and maintenance factors. Through in-depth analysis of the survey data, the study gets conclusions as follows: 1) The SPA tourists put the quality of hot spring resources and service the first place, while pay less attention to the product price and tourist commodities; 2) Julongwan SPA Resort has already got a good score in the evaluation of tourist satisfaction, however, its resource allocation policy still needs to be improved. Accordingly, some suggestions are put forward: Implementing Focus Marketing strategy and providing a variety of products for different types of visitors; Improving the structure of the tourist products so as to let the toursts learn more from their personal experience and enhance their fellings for the hot spring; Improving the related performance indicators according to the specific Quadrifid Graph interval.关键词
