枇杷试管苗限制生长保存过程中叶肉细胞超微结构变化的研究
Ultrastructural Changes of Mesophyll Cells during Restricting Growth Preservation in vitro Plantlets of Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica)
摘要
Abstract
The ultrastructural changes of the mesophyll cells in response to in vitro plantlets of the loquat cultivar Zaozhong No.6 preserved on MS+5 mg/L PP333 were investigated. The results showed that the deformation, shift and disintegration of chlorolplasts and the mosaic of mitochondria were significantly delayed during restricting growth preserved for 6 months. The structure of the chloroplasts in the mesophyll cells was intact, only a few of that disintegrated. The starch grain significantly became larger and numerous. The structure of mitochondria and cell nuclear was normal when preserved for 9 months.关键词
