摘要

Abstract

The studies compared the sowing date, seeding method and the effect of exogenous hormones on the growing, development and quality of Ardisia crenata from cultivating provenance. The results showed that Ardisia crenata had high rate of germination, the radicle of the seedling was stout and longer, which was sowed in late February to late March. In different sowing methods, each indicators of the leaf age, the stem length , the main root lengh, the whole plant dry weight and root-shoot ratio etc, seedbed seedlings were more than nourishing-bag seedlings, the nourishing-bag seedlings was more than nursery tray seedlings. NAA had significant effect on promoting the growth of the seedling stem and the main root of Ardisia crenata. Using seed soaking proper concentration of GA3 had an effect to promote the leaf age, In addition, 10 mg/L NAA, 20 mg/L NAA, 50 mg/L CA3 had the best seed soaking effect. Seed soaking of IBA had no effect to promote the growth of seedling.
