Isolation and Identification of Anthracnose Pathogen on Cymbidium ensifolium and Its Culture Condition Optimization

摘要

Abstract

Pathogen causing anthracnose on Cymbidium ensifolium in Zhangzhou and Fuzhou, Fujian which hadwas isolated and identified and the culture condition was optimized. The result showed that the pathogen ofanthracnose on Cymbidium ensifolium was Colletotrichum gtoeosporioides. The optimal culture condition was: PDAmedium, 28 ℃, pH7.0, complete darkness or alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours, sucrose or starchfor carbon source and NH4NO3 for nitrogen source.
