Sr1+xSm1-xAl1-xTixO4微波陶瓷介电性能研究
Study on Microwave Dielectric Properties of Sr1+x Sm1-x Al1-x Tix O4 Ceramics

Abstract
Sr1+xSm1-xAl1-xTixO4 ceramics were prepared by solid phase reaction method with Al2O3,TiO2 as raw materials, and its microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were studied. The results indicate the cell dimensions of SrSmA1O4 crystalline are expanded by adding SrTiO3; the sintering temperature and its relative density are effectively decreased, and its relative permittivity and quality factor are improved, however, its temperature coefficient of resonant frequency is influenced little. When the sintering temperature is 1420 ℃/2 h, the Sr1. 2Sm0.8Al0.8Ti0.2O4 ceramics exhibit a relative permittivity,εr = 28,Q ×f=52600 GHz, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency,τf -4 ppm/℃.关键词
