Emission of Photons of Aligned Carbon Nanotube Film by Microwave Excitation
摘要
Abstract
Aligned carbon nanotubes ( ACNTs ) were prepared by CVD process and their microwave properties were tested. ACNT film intensely emits photons when were irradiated by microwave. But after ACNT film were balled into powder, the aligned array were destroyed. The power of ACNTs can not emit photons when iradiated by microwave. The powder of ACNTs demonstrate as same behaviour as multiwalled carbon nanotubes when were irradiated by microwave. They only were ignited and burn. The only red light can be viewed and photon emission disapeared. The investigation results indicate that ACNT films can intensely emit photons when iradiated by mirowave in common microwave oven.关键词
