摘要

Abstract

In order to research on the novel fluorscent material of molybdate, the material Sm3+ : Na5Y (Mo04)4 was synthesized by solid state reaction. The material was characterized by XRD, DSC-TG, absorption spectrum and emission spectrum. The result indicated that the synthetic phosphor belongs to tetragonal, its space group is /4,/a(88) and its melting point is about 704. 68 t. The result also shows that the absorption peak of the new phosphor is at about 404 run and 465 run, while its emission peak is at about 603 nm and 644 nm separately. The characters of the new material shows its prospect in red fluorscent material in LED.
