Study on Process and Performance of Electroless Nickel Plating Nano-C60 Crystals on the Surface of Micromechanical Devices by Laser-induced Way
摘要
Abstract
The surface metallization of nano-C60 crystals are achieved by electroless nickel plating; Then, a new composite coating is got on a micromechanical device by the laser-induced way, which contained some metalized nano-C60 crystals. The microstructure and wear resistance of the coating are characterized by scanning electronmicroscopy ( SEM) and PLINT test machine. The effects of process parameters on microstructure and wear resistance of the coating were investigated. Due to the nano-C60 extraordinary rigidity and special molecule structure, the composite coating has a lower friction coefficient and an excellent wear resistance performance.关键词
