Abstract
Household registration is just a population registration system in itself.But it added excessive rights and evolved into rights definition and interest distribution system.The household registration system itself is not complex,but the related social and economic policies and social interests distribution pattern is complicated.Coordinating the development of urban and rural,reforming the household registration system,the key point is breakthrough urban-rural dual structure,removing the rights and welfare added on hukou system,constructing the unified national welfare system,playing population management role,realize effective distribution of population resources.关键词
