摘要
Abstract
On the basis of establishment principle,this paper constructs the evaluation index system for the new-type rural social endowment insurance with 21 performance indicators,mainly from the five aspects,namely the organization management,the fund management,the supervision,the implementation effect and the sustainability.Finally,Delphi expert questionnaire and the Analytical Hierarchy Process is applied to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and then to create the comprehensive evaluation model.This paper is to provide some scientific reference for the new rural social pension insurance pilot.关键词
