Abstract
Alkyl polyglucoside was synthesized by direct reaction of glucose with laurel alcohol, with NariSO4 H2O as catalyst under microwave irradiation / ultrasonic irradiation. Influence of preparation conditions on conversion rate and product appearance were studied. The optimum conditions were obtained as following: microwave power of 300 W, radiation time of 30 min, ultrasonic power of 600 W, mole ratios n (aurel alcohol) : n (glucose) = 5 : 1, and w (catalyst) : w (glucose)=1 : 100. In this case, the conversion rate of glucose was up to 98.9% and the catalyst could be reused. IR spectrum of APG was analyzed.关键词
