宫颈癌组织差异表达基因的检测及分析
The detection and analysis of differentially expressed genes in Cervical cancer tissues
摘要
Abstract
The human gene expression of cervical cancers infected with HPVI6 and their perienchyma were analyzed with Roche NimbleGen system. The analysis demonstrated that there are 673 differential expressed genes between cervical cancers and their normal cervical tissues (TvsF). Compared to normal cervical tissues, the expression of 261 genes was up-regulated and expression of 412 genes was down regulated in cervical cancers. All of the differential expressed genes involved in the signal transduction, metabolism, immunity response, protein biosynthesis and ESTs.关键词
