摘要

Abstract

In order to develop a novel coating for tissue engineering,strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate(SCPP) nano-powders were coated on titanium substrate using the plasma-spraying technique with a series of different conditions.Constitution,phase composition,microstructure and bonding strength of the powders were investigated by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope and strength test machine.Results showed that the main phase of these coatings is remain β-crystal SCPP.The surface and cross-sectional morphology of coating showed SCPP coatings are dense.The bonding strength and between the coating and titanium is higher than others and the coating exhibit a good biocompatibility by plasma-spraying.The condition in which the obtained coatings exhibited appropriate roughness of the surface and higher bonding strength with the substrates will be the reference for the investigation of better SCPP coatings in next step of the study.
