摘要

Abstract

The third generation YQH-100 multiphase pump independently developed is taken as an object. The gas-liquid mixing pump is researched and analyzed when the spacing between movable and static vanes is 0. 05D.0. 075D,0. ID and ten kinds of volume of gas rate is 0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90. Multi-body coordinate system,standard k-e model,mixture model and simple algorithm are adopted in FLUENT software. The three-dimensional numerical simulation is conducted, and the efficiency curve relative to head multiphase pump with the gas rate is plotted. The results show that the spacing between movable and static vanes has little effect on the pump,when the spacing between movable and static vanes is 0. ID, the performance of multiphase pump is much better than other two cases.
