Influencing Factors of Formaldehyde Photocatalytic Degradation by P-TiO_2 Loaded on Papers

Abstract
Nano-P-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by dipping on carrier kraft paper,and the photocatalyst was used to degrade indoor formaldehyde gas.The factors affecting the degradation rate of formaldehyde gas such as the initial concentration of formaldehyde gas,the photocatalyst demand,the humidity,the pH value and metal ions doping were discussed.The results were expressed by 4160 type formaldehyde analyzer made by American Interscan Company.The experimental results showed that the best degradation rate of formaldehyde gas could reach up to 93.50%,when the initial concentration of formaldehyde gas was about 1.53 mg/m3,the P-TiO2 demand was about 11.94 g,the humidity was about 52%,the pH value was 5.01 and 6.00 mL 0.20 mol/L Cu2+ were doped.The concentration of formaldehyde gas was degraded to 0.0994 mg/m3,reaching the standard 0.10 mg/m3 according to GB/T 18883-2002.关键词
