Determination of Pyridine in Water by Solid Phase Microextraction-Capillary GC
摘要
Abstract
Pyridine in water were enriched using Solid Phase Microextration（SPM E） and analyzed using Capillary GC-FID.Through tests the parameters of SPME were determined.The minimum detection limit,correlation coefficient of standard curve,the relative standard deviation and the average spike recovery were 0.001 mg/L,0.9990,0.9%~3.1%（n=5） and 92.4%~104% respectively.It has been applied to determine pyridine in drinking water and surface water.关键词
