摘要

Abstract

Pyridine in water were enriched using Solid Phase Microextration(SPM E) and analyzed using Capillary GC-FID.Through tests the parameters of SPME were determined.The minimum detection limit,correlation coefficient of standard curve,the relative standard deviation and the average spike recovery were 0.001 mg/L,0.9990,0.9%~3.1%(n=5) and 92.4%~104% respectively.It has been applied to determine pyridine in drinking water and surface water.
