E-P Relative Method：A New Method to Set and Verify Audit Target of Cleaner Production
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,two popular methods to set audit target of cleaner production,i.e.,aggregate method and unit index method were analyzed and the shortages were pointed out.Furthermore,a new method to set and verify audit target of cleaner production,i.e.,E-P relative method was proposed creatively.According to this method,the relational graph of energy versus production and its derived one variable linear regression model were applied to calculate energy consumption,and then the calculated results were used as reference data.E-P relative method effectively avoids different defaults.Firstly,by using one variable linear regression model,the targets before and after auditing were compared in same time period to increase comparability.Secondly,relative variables were set as targets to avoid blindness resulting from predicting the post-auditing targets before auditing.By application of E-P Relative Method,the setting and verification of cleaner production audit＇s target possess would become more scientific,rational and maneuverable.关键词
