四川省钢铁工业节能潜力研究
Study on Energy Conservation Potential in the Steel Industry of Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive energy consumption and energy consumption of every process of steel industry in Sichuan are higher than the advanced level of the country,which means there is a huge potential of energy conservation.The first one of the factors leading to high energy consumption is using vanadium-titanium magnetite as raw material,which is characterized as difficult beneficiation,low-grade and high coke rate.It needs adding a process to extract vanadium resulting in higher energy consumption.The second is that the equipment is not advanced.Finally,the technology,skills and equipment of energy conservation are widely used.Therefore a lot of resources are not recovered for reuse.To realize energy conservation in steel industry of Sichuan Provence,relevant measures must be taken.关键词
