Comparative Study on Monitoring Atmospheric Environment in China,U.S.and EU
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,cross-regional atmospheric environmental issues such as acid rain,haze and photochemical smog have become increasingly prominent,which seriously threaten the health of human beings and environmental safety.U.S.and EU have achieved much experience in monitoring cross-regional atmospheric environment.In this paper,comparative studies on atmospheric environment monitoring in China,the United States and the EU were conducted from four aspects including the responsible section,legislation,organizations and regulatory means.With China＇s national conditions,some helpful inspirations to improve the cross-regional atmospheric environmental monitoring in China were obtained.关键词
