忽地笑（Lycons aurea）的无性繁殖研究

摘要
Abstract
Lycoris aurea is an important plant which has not only an ornamental value but also medicinal values.An experiment of incising bulbs of Lycoris aurea,based on randomized blocks design,was arranged in order to study the effects of the plant growth regulators and the concentrations of these plant growth regulators on the quantity and weight of the bulblets of L.aurea.The results were as follows： ①The artificial propagation coefficient of Lycoris aurea was as high as 21.15 times,much higher than natural propagation coefficient.The treatment 6 of ＂6-BA 250＂ was best,with propagation coefficient of 32.2 times;②Plant growth regulators NAA and 6-BA both could promote the propatation coefficient of L.aurea,and the increase of the concentration of plant growth regulators would correspondingly enhance the propagation coefficient.③According to these facts：propagation coefficient,the average weight and diameter of the bulblets,the root of the growing conditions,treatment 5 ＂6-BA300＂ was the best in the experiment.关键词
