竹种内转录间隔区的核苷酸(ITS)序列分析

摘要
Abstract
Using the fresh leaves of Neosinocalamus affinis,Dendrocalamus giganteus,Phyllostachys nigra as research materials,the extraction of DNA was done,and the genes of Internal Transcribed Spacer were amplified from genomic DNA by polymerase-chain-reaction(PCR).Then the PCR products were sequenced and analyzed.The lengths of the PCR production were 390 bp,384 bp,and 380 bp for N.affinis,D.giganteus,and Phy.nigra respectively.The sequences are different to each other.Meantime,other ITS sequences of the genus in the NCBI were selected.Then the phylogenetic tree was established on the basis of the ITS sequences in order to analyze their evolutionary relationships.关键词
