攀枝花市本地鲜食核桃资源坚果性状调查
Investigation of Nut Character of Local Fresh Walnut Resources in Panzhihua City
摘要
Abstract
Studies were made of the size,shell thickness,weight per fruit,shelling percentage,seeds characteristics,shell surface features of some local fresh walnuts.The results showed that there were comparatively large diversification of nut characteristics,and the value of shell thickness was 0.92 mm to 1.84 mm,the value of weight per fruit was 39.0% to 60.5%,the value of shelling percentage was 39.0% to 60.5%,and characteristics of seeds,difficulty of taking kernels and shell surface features were found in a variety of forms.关键词
