摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of conservative treatment of patients with sternal dehiscence after open heart operation under cardiopulumonary bypass. Methods Retrospective analyses of 20 cases treated with sternal dehiscence from July 1995 to December 2010 in our hospital. Results Among them.l patient died from critical bleeding,5 patients were cured by operated and 14 patients were cured by conservative treatment. Conclusion Evaluation of the high risk factor for sternal dehiscence and early active management are the key to increase the healing rate. Conservative treatment is a simple, safe, economical, effective way.关键词
