Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause, clinical symptoms, treatment and nursing strategy associated with pacemaker complications. Methods In 80 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation, the cause, treatment and nursing strategy associated with pacemaker complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all patients, there were four cases with pocket blood accumulation, two perceptual disturbances, and the number of occurrence in pacemaker syndrome', loosen electrode, pacemaker intervenient tachycardia, pocket infection was one respectively. Conclusion Pacemaker complications can be perceived and treated as soon as possible by observation and nursing, which is helpful to ensure the effect of permanent pacemaker and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
