摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing care and clinical observation of peritoneal dialysis after surgery for heart disease. Methods 872 patients had undergone surgery for heart disease from January 2005 to January 2010. Among them,Twelve (1.4%) experienced ARF and seven (0. 8% ) required PD. Indication of peritoneal dialysis and proper management of complications were gauged by laboratory profiles such as urinary output, serum electrolytes, volume load and renal function. Results A-mong the 7 cases,2 died due to severe low cardiac output. 5 cases passed through oliguria period of acute renal failure, with gradual recovery of renal function and were discharged in good condition. Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis and intensive nursing care, can correct water, electrolyte, acid-base disturbances timely and effectively, help patient to pass through the period of acute renal failure, and thus improves the survival rate.关键词
