临床护理人员工作压力程度的调查分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo of clinical nursing staff working pressure and the main working pressure sources, so as to take corresponding measures to help nurses ease the work pressure. Methods Using the methods of self-assess-men questionnaire survey to investigate and analysis the nurses'job stressors in our hospital. Results The positive rates of depression and anxiety of clinical nursing staff were significantly higher than the normal population. The main working pressure sources include the heavy workload, regular shift work, all kinds of poor treatment and more non-nursing work. Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the working pressure and take positive measures to reduce the clinical nursing staff working pressure.关键词
